Terms & Conditions

• Tiles should be examined prior to fixing for colour and finish (including by reference to any approved sample), shade variation and size variation. Unacceptable colour or finish or extreme variation in shade or size which cannot be evenly distributed or are not inherent in the tile design should be reported immediately.

• No responsibility can by taken by J2 Tiles and Bathrooms for dissatisfaction after fixing. Crazing may occur in some tiles in certain conditions. This is an inherent feature and not a defect and no responsibility can be taken by J2 Tiles and Bathrooms. All tile orders are special ordered goods and non-returnable, unless otherwise stated.

• Bathroom goods returned will be subject to re-stocking charges as imposed by our suppliers. Refunds for cancellations or return of goods are subject to suppliers agreement. Stock may be returned within 28 days if in a resaleable condition.

• All stock goods may be returned within 28 days of collection / delivery for a full refund at our discretion. All items must be undamaged and returned in original boxes / packaging.

• Special order goods – Unfortunately we do not accept returns of goods not carried in stock or ordered in as a special order from our suppliers. This also applies to any bespoke goods.

• Clearance Items & "job lots" – When purchasing clearance goods from us as a ‘Job Lot’ please be aware that these goods are made up from mixed and / or older batches of tiles or discontinued goods. These items are non-returnable. These goods will be labelled in the showroom and identified as a ‘Job Lot’, ‘Special Offer’ or ‘Clearance’.

• Acceptance of Terms
  By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

• All images and materials shown / offered are done so in good faith and should be used entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
